Scheduling policies and guidelines have been incorporated into the IHC Shifts as schedule rules. When your schedule violates any of these rules, IHC Shift will display warning messages next to the staff name.

For example, “Scheduled for 12 hours, which is more than the maximum hours per shift allowed.” The rule violation is indicated by an icon next to name of the employee.
