How can we increase our leave quota so staff have more flexibility when applying for leave?

You can increase the leave quota by reducing the vacancy rate in your area and recruiting into the planned leave coverage roles. If the vacancy rate is low the quota will be higher. This will also result in providing more opportunities for staff.
